Cordlife India — Cancellation request pending with Cordlife since last 2 Months

Hi everyone, I would like to bring it in the notice to all expected parents that the service of Cordlife company is worst (Prior to the collection). I have been got registered on Cordlife in the month of Jan'15 and paid the initial registration amount of Rs 5500. At the time of registration, its representative Mr. Rakesh Kumar S. Yadav (Area Manager of Lucknow) told me about the Gift Coupons of Rs 10000 that can be used at Mom & Me Stores. At that moment, I clearly asked him whether these coupons can be used in a single purchase or in multiple purchase and he told me in a single purchase. After registration when I went to Mom & Me stores for the confirmation, it came to my notice that coupons would be used in multiple purchase. Immediately, I called to Rakesh Kumar S. Yadav but he neither responded me properly nor called me back and during the time i received the Cordlife agreement. Ultimately, I requested him for the cancellation in the first week of Feb'2015. In spite of my several calls and e-mails for cancellation, Cordlife has not confirm the cancellation and did not return my registration amount, postdated cheques and documents yet. Finally this is my conclusion that the Cordlife is the most unethical company and doing business with the team of liars. They are misguiding the parents by telling fake things.
