Hi Everyone,

Myself Krishna, 2020 Feb Cordlife executive Mr. Kiran came to Samata Hospital, Ongole at 9PM and explained the product. Next morning is delivery. Without reading the documents I took policy, even I don't have time to read bundle of documents. Executive provided false offers and information. I asked for policy cancelation details incase of any issues. He said customer can cancel anytime Without paying any extra money. Executives have half knowledge.

I have some financial problems and already paid 16K. They're demanding for additional 16K for cancelation. Finally I decided not to cancel and asked for few months time to repay remaining amount. In the meantime regularly Cordlife India calling my phone and my wife's phone, sending text messages, 5 to 10 automated call warnings daily, whatsapp messages, emails and threatening and stating criminal legal actions will be taken against me.

Really frustrated with their messages stating that "I am intentionally cheated their company". They are spoiling my peace of mind everyday. They sent legal notice aswell.

In 2021 middle of the year I called new Ongole branch manager Mr. Md. Rafi about cancellation details, he also not aware of the details. This is how they're explaining the product to parents.

I have all recordings.

Request all parents ask for cancelation details and read the documents before taking policy.
