[Resolved] Country Club — Cash Out discount revoked and Member get member discount not credited | |||
Sir, I bought a Country Club Membership for Rs 60, 000. Rs 10000 was the cash out discount if paid the full amount and Rs 3000 was promised to be credited to my account for the reference given by another member. As advised my Mr. Imran Shaikh and Mr Prem Vachhani ( Sales Manager), I paid Rs 47, 000 for buying the life time membership. I got my membership card and number ( CCMU2CLUB50434), however Rs 3000 was shown outstanding on the account. I have been following up for crediting the said amount due from Country club on account of Member get member program. However the sales executive keeps telling me that he is following up on that and it will be credited to my account. On June 7th 2014, I got a shock, as Country club reversed the 10000 Rs given to me on account of Cash out benefit, for no fault of mine. I have written several complaint letters, asking them to resolve the issue, but their poor response and push back attitude has left a bad taste for the consumer.
