I signed up with countryclub as there was an office in qatar. But the office has been closed in qatar and its now been absolutely horrific experience to get the services that were promised.
One of the main reason i joined was due to tie ups for international destinations.
In the pasymt ive received numerous calls for the AMC payments but now when its time to make use of the service i dont have anyone to talk to.
Ice tried calling, messaging and sending emails to the contact person who last toom my AMC payment and promised to provide service but he is not answering and of my calls and ignoring almost all messages.
Ive called the customer service but there is no one answering. I called reservations and ask to speak to a manager to explain my situation and ask for help however the reservation staff kept me on hold for long amd then disconnected the call.
Its 10 days now and ive only received a couple of emails without receiving help but no one wants to speak to me.
I want a senior manager to call me on my qatar number[protected].
