Country Club India — Bad room facilities with no maintenance

We are gold card holder in Country club. After corona when me Runu Das and my family visits country club hotels, there is no maintenance at all. AC is not working, room lights all are not working, staffs are very poor quality, and we booked the hotel before three months and they know that we have one wheel chair person still there is no such fixed rooms.
In Puja vacation, 2021 I avail the Goa country club there also very poor condition of rooms, colors are faded, baathroom condition is worse. And now I'm in Kovalam country spa resort here also room quality is poor, lights not working, bathroom is not good.
If any reactions is not taken, then it is very sad to be a member of this club as we are suffering badly.
I hope some actions should be taken.
