Country Club India — cheated by country club | |||
Sir, We have taken membership of country club vacations membership no CCDL213V10LB29525 from April 2018 and paid Rs. 1, 44, 000/- for 10 years membership. Since than we have not been able to enjoy a single day holiday packages offered by company due to every time they said no hotel is available on my dates.. We we were always misguided and cheated by the staff in Delhi. We tried to contact the customer care on phone multiple times but in vain. We sent emails with details of complaints but not a single reply from company. Office manager in Delhi is absconding and none of the office staff no is recheable.
