Country Club India — Cheating on their 25th Anniversary | |||||
I have purchased the country club membership around 3 months back. I have paid all the amount from My credit card, Country club representative told that they will convert into EMI with 0% intertest. But after some days he called and told that they are not able to convert from their end. You go ahead an convert with your Bank and send us mail we will refund your extra amount. I have done the same but nothing happen. After so many chaseup he transferred my request to customare care. I got a call from them and explained everything but after that no reply. I try to send them mail but it bounced back with no quota warning and nobody is picking call. Also, whatever they promised while selling the membership was not fullfill. I am not sure what to do now and get back my amount back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

No help from contry club to sort out issue. Country club is only know to cheat their customer not to help them.

I have not receives any reply from country club. Could you please let me know the process to file official complain in court.
