Country Club India — Country Club Viman Nagar Pune fraud

On Monday 20 March 2023, I recived a call from Afrin Khan and she told me that I won the lucky draw out of 10 contestant and I am the 2nd winner, her mobile number is "[protected]". I asked her multiple times about any payment do I need to pay and multiple time she told me that I should not require to pay any amount during received my gifts.

Then in the same day I and my wife visited country club (country vacation) office, East Court, behind Phoenix Mall, Viman nagar, Pune around 7pm. After that there one lady told us for receiving the gifts you need to attend our one hour session, we agreed, then there one guy (Salman Khan) had been taken us to one room for that session. There was loud music and other people also in that room.

During the session he offered us rs. 1, 10000/ holiday, club, spa and gym plan we rejected that offer and it almost more than 1 hour we spent there, so we wanted to go back home. But when we rejected the offer he offered another amount offer again and again like rs. 90, 000, rs. 75, 000. just because, I don't have much money i denied multiple times to accept that. But multiple times, he brainwashed and psychologically stop my mind to work. At last, they ( Salman Khan and Kajal) offered rs. 60, 525.82 package with No Cost EMI for HDFC Bank credit card. It was almost more than 3 hours we spent there and we both me and my wife were frustrated. In brainwashed and frustration, we dicided to try rs. 60, 525.82 package as they explained us. Then, they asked me to give my credit card to complete the payment order for the package amount 60525.82 rs. Just because, I don't have money in my debit card, I gave him the credit card. They had not told us, there is any agreement we need to sign, meantime the payment was completed by them and we had not realised it. I had also raised PCI DSS concern during the discussion.

After the payment completion, they told us to sign in some paper, we said, what is this? They said it's agreement paper. My wife told them, please give the paper to read for our knowledge. They said its already 10 pm we all are late. There is nothing in this paper. What we said in this discussion only mentioned here. Please sing only for formalities. 2 times my wife raised to read this but they didn't allowed us to read the papers. but in the discussion they (Salman Khan and Kajol) didn't tell about AMC annual charges and share many more false information like No Cost EMI and many more there. In hurry, they take our signature. We raised not to do thumbnail, but in pressure, they took our thumbnail too. We were also in hurry, so when we do all these things, we didn't aware about it. Then we left for home.

When we reached home we checked the country club app, we saw we should pay annual membership fee around rs. 7, 500 again and it seems, it should be pay every years, they hadn't told about this to us during the more than 3 hours discussion. Then we realised we lost our money. After realisation, we contacted to the Salman Khan "[protected]" in the night, but no answer, then again we tried to contact him in the next day 22 March 2023 morning and we connected and raised our concerns to him and then Mr. Yogesh called us on this and we started to discuss with him in "[protected]" for the amount refund. Meantime, we have received an email from the HDFC that rs. 60525.82 credit card transaction converted to 24 months EasyEMI Fixed Finance Charges on Reducing Balance 1.25% p.m. But, they told us that it is No Cost EMI and we will not pay any financial charge like interest amount and so on.

This was a scam, a fraud, a brainwash and they lied us. Mr Yoges told us, we need to pay 10 percentage of the money, but we are not considered that it is valid one. Please help us to refund our total transaction amount 60525.82 Rupees as it is our hard earning money. They are not processing our refund.

They are harrassing us to send their clause email again and again and are not refunding our amounts since long time.

They lied us that it is no cost EMI and now, it is started to debit EMI and financial charges from the credit card. They are doing cheating and fraud with middle class people and are not returning back money as you had steal from the cardholder with false promises and brainwashed.

I am requesting you to help me to refund our hard earned total amount 60525.82 Rupees now from them.
