[Resolved] Country Club India — False commitment by sales team | |||
Hi My Membership Number is CVCH4CLUB5LB176865. I took the package in 4th June 2014.The Sales person who handled me is Sakthi([protected]- number doesn't exist now) and Ponnambalam([protected]) in Chennai-T.Nagar branch. Initially they said that i can try for a trial period for one year and enjoy for 7 days of the vacation, if i am satisfied i can pay the remaining amount and continue.After reaching home i read the agreement and went in person the next day to enquire that it say that the amount i paid is not refundable they said that agreement is old style they will help me trial package. But i am getting repeated calls from back office saying that i have to pay my remaining amount else the my membership will be cancelled. I said to the back office guys about what the sales people has promised but they are not listening. I am trying to reach the sales person but they are not picking the call.
