Country Club India — false promise and wrong commitment | |||
I purchased a holiday package named "millionaire club classic" from "country vacations division india" worth rs. 10, 50000/- using which i am eligible to book holiday packages (International/domestic) once a year for 5 years starting from 04/11/2018. I submitted my travel plan with dates (05/02/2019 to 11/02/2019) and opted for "one week family holiday" package which is complimentary. They were postponing my request from the beginning and as my travel dates are falling near, today i. E. 31/01/2019 they are forcing me to opt for domestic travel instead of internation holiday package (As promised at the time of payment). Also, i'm forced to accept 40% of my payment as the refund, which i'm not willing to. Was this information helpful? | |||
