Country Club India — False promises and customer service | |
1. At the time when me and my wife purchased the country club 10 year membership, we were told that it was not a mandate for us to use the holiday every year and we could club multiple holidays together to get things customised. 2. We tried booking holidays through the package we bought but were told every time that the property we were trying to book the holiday in was sold out hence we were not able to avail the holidays for 2 years. So we did not pay the AMC since we were not getting any service. 3. We were baited into paying the AMC and were told that all the expired holidays would be re-instated and we could use them any time we wanted. The customer care representative even send the details to us in writing on the registered email ID. But so far, the holidays still show expired. 4. We finally booked a holiday in their resort in Goa, but then we found out that the resort would only offer us rooms. The club, spa, restaurant, etc. were all closed at the property. This was not mentioned anywhere on their app while booking, nor was this mentioned in the booking confirmation we received on the email. Was this information helpful? | |
