This is to inform you that we both are totally disappointed by taking this membership and not at all happy we feel we are scammed and cheated
Your zonal manager Mr Anoop singh did fraud with us by giving all false commitments and promises during membership so that we take membership and after taking membership when we come to know real facts and details and tried to contact him he ignored our messages and calls and later he blocked us everywhere so that we cant contact him. this is so unprofessional from the position of zonal manager
i have all proofs and witness for what he committed before taking membership
i was going to give 4 more memberships of my friends to country club but because of all this i stopped them from taking
Please let me know what can be done now. if i want i can go to consumer forum also as its scam and fraud or i can post this on all social media and online as i have good reach there are more than 7-8 false commitments not 1-2
