Country Club India — fraud in selling land

When we went to a shopping mall in uppal we filled some gift vouchers. After 3 days we got a call that we won lucky draw from country club. We were asked to come to country club begumpet to receive the gifts.
As we went there they welcomed us and a executive named sundar was allotted to explain us the program of that day. Then he told that we will be given some tea cup sets etc and then he lured us to buy a land in srisailam for 1, 25, 000. This land is being sold by country club. We agreed to them. They also offered 3 days 4 night trip to places in india we wish to see and country club membership. Initially they said to pay 30, 000. As we were not carrying that amount we said that we would pay tomorrow. But they said that this offer is only applicable today.
Then they said it would be ok for them to come to our home and collect the money from us. At night 10 pm the executive named sundar came to our house and collected 20, 000 rupees. They said that you can pay the remaining amount in coming five years and the price would not be altered and they even promised that they would change the land from shrisailam venture to alair venture or near to that (Note : we asked for land in alair or its surroundings so they said that they don't have venture there.in coming years they are starting there).
Now no one are responding they are like we are new to the company we don't no what the past staff had told you. Now we are ready to give you a plot for 3, 25, 000. They insisted us to come and pay the remaining balance of 3, 05, 000 and complete the registration. They said that the old staff are fraud they made loss to the company and so they are fired.
Now whom to believe.
