Country Club India — fraud & mis selling with my membership:- ccdl10 club 29034

I got a call from your branch countryclub faridabad again again for free coupon and i am going there on 14 jan 18.
And there i met mr. Raman & mr. Sachin both rae conviced to me for mebership and they are ask to me membership fee is 67k (This offer is only for this month due to company enjoying 25th century) and no any charges again and this transaction made him by my credit card and mr. Raman asked to me its converted to 36emi with no any intrest also no any pf. Then we are copleted joining process on 14th jan 18.

But 18th of jan i got a massge from my bank to paid 67k on next cycle of my credit card bill, then same time i called to mr. Raman and explain everything to him then he said i will arrange reversal process on next two three days but i am not recieve any call form his side during this period then i write a mail on 18th jan to him to about this also i ask to him if it will not done by you i will cancell my membership, then i recieved a mail about this transaction on 28th jan 18 but i was not satisfied that mail.

Then i mail to your customer care to cancellation to my membership then they are cancelled my approche because i was not mail to them cool of period of 10days.

Then again i recieved a call from delhi customer care m/s eisha on 3rd feb18 and i explained everthing to her also i recieved membership card and documnets on same day from countryclub by courier.

However again i am going to delhi customer care (East of kailash) and ask to her (M/s eisha) again also i given him all the mails. But unfortunately she also agian cancelled my request.

After discusstion this trasaction from 18th jan 18 mr raman & mr sachi along with mr puneet they all are not respond on phone or maill yet.

Really i feel cheted after this all transaction.
Hence request you to pls check agian and resolve it on priority basis.

Dear sir, ma'am,
I joined you on 14th jan 18 but as per commitement your employee mr. Raman and mr. Sachin those all are comes to false commitements.
However i was complain about misspelling and miss commitements to your employee on next 7days (21st jan) after my membeship then he respond to me on 28th jan 18 then i was mail/call to your customer care for cancellation due to totally false commitements and misspelling this product to me.
But they are not cancelled my membership because i was not mail to customer between the cool of period.

Also i observed after this discussion of this false commitements of mr. Raman & mr. Sachin also mr. Puneet (Senior) they all are not responding on phone/mail yet.

Hence request you to pls take my mail seriously and take action and pls cancelled my membership and refund my money.

I am also victim of country holiday vacation...complaint on this website is of no use as i have tried also. So, initiation has been taken by us (victims of country holiday vacation) by adding victims on whatsapp group so that we can file a case against these fraudulent activities of this company. We have to fight altogether legally because employees of this company are shameless with no ears and eyes. I have complaint about this company on PM office online and the complaint was forwarded to Rajasthan, Police Jaipur. I was called by police officer and took my statement on 01.01.2018 but police is not interested to do anything about this. Govt and police is not for common middle-class families like us. They listen but not do anything.
