Country Club India — Fraud(membership sold with incorrect information)

Hi Team,

Country club sold me membership(CVPU37MCCLUB5SBA0013) with incorrect information and till now my issue is not resolved with them.

i don't want to use their membership and want my money back only.

i was struggling to get complete detail with them about my membership and for same i forwarded them mail but till now no input received.

i visited to their office but they fooled me one more time and told me that they will resolve each and everything in mail but nothing happen till now.

I am requesting to return my money ASAP and till now i never used anything from you. Please don't eat my hard earn money and show some respect.

below is email detail which is not responded till now and only one update was there that they will share information next day.

i called them 20-25 times but they know how to make fool and i am frustrated with them.

As per today discussion, request you to share following things . We have not received these from past 1.5 year.Details
are as follows:
1. Agreement soft copy for 15 years membership (10+5) .For 10 years -6 nights 7 days accommodation & for 5 year-2
night 3 days
2.)complete list of hotel details in India as well as Abroad
3.) complete details of 10+ 5 years offer/membership which also include flight rates reduction detail and other offers
4.) reason why detail /aggreements etc not all provided with in 15 days after signing the agreement
5.) share the soft copy of the card rather than hard copy dispatching
6.) procedure for sell out option
7.) requirr complete details of AMC like 6000Rs in a year and offer
