Country Club India — holiday voucher validity | |||||
Country club call center person informed me that if amc of 3 years paid in advance then they will provide these two 1) food voucher of rs 500 2) holiday for 2 night and 3 days which has to be booked with in 3 months of issued date There is extensive follow-up till the payment is collected from me by a person called swetha. I paid the amount around 23-jan-2018 but they did not provide with both of above specified offers till for few days. I did follow-up and finally she gave holiday voucher and "not given food voucher till today — 2 months from the date of payment, even after few calls me from to swetha". Even holiday voucher given by her was valid for 2 months "instead of 3 months as committed earlier" hence i can not use holiday as well. All together, they are cheating by giving false promises!!!
