I am a member of Country Club. I paid the lifetime maintenance fee. I moved from Oman to Hyderabad.
I spoke to the member relationship department staff 'VIVEK'. He spoke all the lies he could and fleeced extra money from me in the name of reinstating all the unused holidays and provide food coupons, and also upgrade my membership, transfer my location from Oman to Hyderabad, reset my login and provide new membership cards for all our family members. I paid the money on the 3rd September 2022.
That Stinking GARBAGE Liar Vivek is not answering my messages on WhatsApp, EMails etc. My account also is still not accessible.
Please help me to reinstate my membership.
