Country Club India is involved in cheat and fraud practices, they have initiated a trick to monetary fraud with general public. I have faced the same. Steps goes like:- 1. There representative will be outside all big malls and departmental stores with a coupon, where they will ask you to give your contacts and name and you will win a prize if selected. 2. Based on that inputs the team will call you and say you have won RS. 30000 prizes, come to so and so place there will be functions and prize distributions and conditions will be you need to be married couple. 3. once you reach the location they will comfortable let you sit in a particular room, where already multiple families has also been called 4. Then there representatives will come one by one in a sequence and start demonstrating their membership plans, where they claim to pay around Rs. 3lacs on spot and get membership cared, some gold card and als a land in outskirts, they will say that its a one time investmenst and also you can sell your membership if you do not like, and the offer valid for same day. and if you not accept they will give you on teh name of gift and corckery set of cheap bowels of 50-60 rs and 25000 Rs travel vouchers of country club that is one week stay in country club property Object of the country club- To collect huge money from public unknowingly and their promoter Rajeev, Siddhartha and Varun Reddy enjoy their lavish life with that money and whatever they claims to provide turn fake after taking the money. Dear Consumers beware of those facts and avoid all this activities, its a sort of chit fund activities going on and this process followed every year every month and huge number of people get trapped Government please look into these activities and get them stop from looting hard earned public money, we are small savers and this people create a dramatic loot from us Was this information helpful? | |||||

I gave no rating, which is more than bad. My blood pressure increases when I think about country club. After becoming a victim with country club by paying 60k with my credit card and later understood it is of no use, the worst part was they didn't informed bank for EMI as agreed, I didn't even got a call from my bank as informed by the great country club fake company executives and managers. I got a bill from my bank to pay 60k, when I called country club their repose was super awesome I felt like slapping if they are in front of me. Recently I visited big bazar, country club representatives at mall standing and asked me to fill the form, I simply blasted like hell. The first level mistake people does is filling that form. If you ignore filling that form then you are out of their scams. Hope my feedback helps people who are taking the calls before choosing country club membership card, also if you are a busy guy then it is not possible to cancel the card and taking the money back from them.

The non-refundable clause mentioned in the country club agreement doesn't stand in the court as it is a one sided verdict. This was already mentioned by Ludhiana court against these same frauds named Country Vacations. These are the steps, you should follow.
If the payment was made less than 10 days ago, file a cancellation request and file a dispute with your bank. There is a 10 days cooling off period with any agreement.
If the payment was made less than 2 months ago, file a cancellation request and file a dispute with your bank. Depending upon the bank, you might receive the refund. HDFC is a bank which is known to provide refunds in such case.
If the payment was not made using a card, or if 2 months have passed, send a formal cancellation request to country club ( email to their customer care id from your registered email id ). Also, send a registered post to Country club with the same complaint. Send it to their local office as well as their head office. Give them 15 days to respond. They will try to give fake replies and try to lengthen the process. Just stand firm for the cancellation of membership. After 15 days, file a consumer court case.
