Country Club India — MIS sell cheating | |||||
Was promised by sales representative at the time of registration that they will get my holiday vouchers en cashed within 3 months of my enrolment & based on this promise that I will get my 40000 back within 3 months I went ahead enrolling for membership till date I have not received that money I have called several times but they don't pick up calls and when they pick up they give excuses of TAG agency changed give us time etc but nothing happens absolutely poor service it is going to be 9 months now and i havent recived my money, I keep calling the Manager Mr Harish he promised he will call back but he never does that, the crazy part is I have not used the services of country club so far I often get calls to pay annual maintenance fee can my complaint be heard or can someone give complaints email so that I can get resolution for my issue I had raised this in June and not sure who has marked as resolved, MEMBERSHIP no : CVG1CLUB5LB209814 contact number:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
