We have taken vip membership on 23rd jul 2023. We were confirmed of the country club membership alongwith 7 across for myself, my wife and my father. We were asked to pay Rs 71, 883, which we paid on the same day thru credit card as we were told that they have interest free emi scheme with AU bank.
1st commitment failure: AU bank started charging interest. We discussed this with the person who enabled this membership. But he did not give a proper reply on this. Somehow since we were excited about this membership, we ignored this additional uninformed interest burden.
2nd commitment failure: Little did we knew that our excitement is very short lived because when the membership cards came, my fathers card was missing. I again informed about the missing card to the same person. He wrote emails to your team (keeping me in loop) for making good the same and also assured us that this may be some confusing and will be resolved (email screenshot enclosed).
Since then we have been following up with this person of yours from kandivali club to either return the full money and cancel my membership or give me my father's membership. Later on this person has even stopped replying to my messages
Our basic request is to give us our parent membership without which we are just not interested in using the facility provided in your offer or if that is not possible please refund the money and cancel the membership.
