I have taken my member ship on 07/07/2018, and according to clause 19 i cancelled membership on 11/jul/18,
Even after waiting for 5 month l have not received my money back,
I mailed them last month regarding refund they replied that due to internal finance audit its taking time for the refund to be processed,
The executive who made me to take member ship is not picking my call now,
When i go to their customer care center personally they say me to mail and they will respond.
I unable to connect their customer care, as all the time ivr says that our customer care execute is busy with other call Was this information helpful? |
