Sir, i am an employee working in the indian navy. I am presently working at vizag and my wife was pulled into join the country club membership with rs 1, 00, 000/- without understanding the hidden loop holes. However, immediately on understanding the concept within 2 days of signing the contract i had applied for cancellation as per the terms and conditions mentioned for refund within the cool off period of ten days. I mailed them both at central customer care and to vizag about the same and personally submitted hard copy of the letter for cancellation at hyderabad office and took their receipt on it. I was promised that as per the contract the money will be refunded after deduction of rs 3500/- as service charges after 120 days. However, after the 120 days, neither of the customer care are giving correct picture and are putting blame on each other for the delay. They are also not responding to the e mails or phone calls instead are making calls for upodates on holilday bookings and payment of annual maintenance amount.
I and my family had been put into lot of personal problems due to loss of hard earned money and i request to help me get my refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
