I am a member of ccil and entitled to 6 nights of stay at any of the listed properties of ccil i had reserved a room for 2 nights at a property in shirdi via the mobile app by paying 2000 rs. Convenience fees in nov'18. A day before my checkin 7th dec'18, the hotel informed me that my room was cancelled by them since ccil has not cleared its dues to the hotel and they cannot provide any further bookings to ccil members.
I escalated the issue to ccil and after more than 10 tries to the call center i was given a commitment of that ccil will clear its dues to the hotel and my booking shall stand accepted. When i asked for a commitment on the same i was clearly told by call centre executive anitha that ccil cannot pay to the hotel because it does not have funds to do so and asked to make a direct booking with hotel, cancelling the said booking. She also confirmed me about the refund of 2000 rs.in my bank account which shall be processed after necessary manager approvals in my bank account in a couple of days.
It has been more than 15 days i have been following up over mail and calls for my refund, but there is absolutely no response form ccil side. The company ha just committed fraud by not providing service even after charging membership fees, amc and convenience charges.
I request you to kindly help me get refund of all my payments and surrender my membership since the company is o longer able to provide any of the committed services including gym, vacation or club. Was this information helpful? |
