Country Club India — Not following up my holiday booking and offer

I want to complaint regarding your agent Suvarna V. for not replying my request for holiday vacation for 7across. Suvarna V. also offer me to pay my AMC and give food voucher. Customer service after sale was very poor after paying my AMC. my country club membership no. is Eric Espinueva
PLDX930LKL5752. I have paid my AMC until 2028. I'm trying to book my holidays this coming July 2023 but nobody dare to assist or reply.
