Country Club India — Saila bhoomi plot purchased

Hi,
I would like to highlight that I got trapped in scam by country club twice, in 2012 they trap by giving club membership by paying min of 18 months for one ad half year, which was a scam, I paid 1 lakh30k with my credit card.
Now again they called me n said that as u were member of country club we are offering a discounted plot in saila bhoomi, mehboobnagar, for which I have paid more 2lakh 70k in August 2023, but till date I haven’t received any documents for the plot inspite of asking them again n again, now I came toh no that it is not a proper vent, it is just a trap, so now I am asking them to refund my money back but they are not giving it.
Please help.
