Country Club India — Taking Advance Annual maintenance and not give benefit which was committed

I took the lifetime membership in May-2019 and later on I paid 5 year advance AMC in March-2020. Thereafter, I booked one booking for November-2020 but due to flight cancellation I informed for cancellation of the same to Country club customer care Hyderabad and ahmedabad. However, no action taken against that. Thereafter, I recently check mobile app for booking then it was showing that AMC is outstanding. How it is possible when I already paid for 5 years in advance and against that no service taken. For that matter I mailed to Hyderabad and ahmedabad team but no response from them.
They are not responding to customer.
Now, I would like to sell my membership. Kindly refund the pay amount .
