Country Club India — Unable to cancel my membership

Myself Darshan Shrawarna speaking behalf my father Dr Dhiren Sarmah. My father trapped in their advertisements and fake promises took their membership and a total sum of 1, 25, 000 INR. The client which contacted my father left the job and contacted again. Its been few years, every year ask for membership renewal but we never used their memberships offers or any kind of perks and benefits. Now when we ask for our membership cancellation and refund they always refuse. Kindly help; my father is retired & it would be of great if we can get our money back.
