Country Club — Money paid- everyone has vanished. no member card. no emails working

I purchased their membership for which they said i will get a membership id and password... it has been 3 months and i have no email/ id/ call or anything from them. They said i can pay in emi, for which no interest will be levied, they are levying 12% interest on it. I have tried to email them, all thier email id are not working- the mail bounces back. I dont know what am i supposed to do. I am stuck and helpless and need my hard earned money back if not that then atleast they should give me the vacations they promised.
