Country Oven — Not received the order: 868120 as described in site

I have order a 1kg cake looking at the countryoven site description with order Id: 868120. I have even paid extra bucks for the photo. But when I received the item it was no match with the item described in the site. They have pasted a photograph which was supposed to be kept for 1/2 kg cake and made my 1kg cake look so ugly. I tried to contact immediately and the number [protected]. But call was forwarded and unanswered. I tried for 3 hrs. No use. They simply cheated me. I have mailed their customer care too immediately but I didn't get any response till now. Such a pathetic customer care and services. I want them to be published for this
