Country Oven's website is designed to rip off customers. Thrice they have charged for an order and the message on website was "The payment did not get processed" As usual, expected a reverse transaction but 3 months passed and it never happened. Contacted Country Oven through their given WhatsApp number and they are playing "Hide and Seek" with me....

I have order a 1kg cake looking at the countryoven site description with order Id: 868120. I have even paid extra bucks for the photo. But when I received the item it was no match with the item described in the site. They have pasted a photograph which was supposed to be kept for 1/2 kg cake and made my 1kg cake look so ugly. I ordered online yesterday i.e., 31/12/2020 and my order number is 792874 and they promised a delivery by today evening i.e., 01/01/2021 but I didn't receive my order till now and I tried to call customer support but they didn't answer my call. I am regular customer from past more than 15 years of country oven and I have been recommending to many of my friends and for that matter to companies like ValueLabs etc..., but now I think in faster expansions and grabbing complete market you are loosing the flavour of personal touch.
