Cra Nsdl (Central Record Keeping Agency) — Not yet received PRAN kit

I Dr Sunil Vyas working as Assistant Professor in jodhpur rajasthan received a message onin 8 April 2015 that my PRAN NO. Is[protected] and my PRAN kit was dispatched on 1 april 2015 which I have not received till date I have enquired at my local State Insurance and Provident fund office Jodhpur and they have told that it has not reached till date and the nobody picks up the phone In CRA on the given customer care number. So please help me tracking my PRAN KIT and do needfull.
