CraftsVilla.com — Complaint against product and services

The product which i ordered is not as shown in the image. Product is of worst quality. Customer care number is always not reachable. They do not reply back your mails. Whenever i try to call their customer care number it always says incomings are bard. It is impossible to return the products and get the refund back. I am extremely dissatisfied with craftsvilla products quality and their services.
