I raised a complaint to refund my money within 2 days i received my product. Reason: poor quality, dull colour n defective product. My order id#[protected]. They asked me to deliver through courier which came back to me. Worst thing: they delivered the product at my door step but cant collect it, complete absurd. Not refunding my money. Keep excusing about courier no & xyz. This company should get a tough lesson to fraud customers. I do online shopping alot & worst experience ever. They cant understand that i[censored] can deliver the product to customer so need to provide a pick up for any dispute. I am authentic buyer & dont bluff. Request everyone ban WWW.CRAFTSVILLA.COM
