I placed order on 26th july 2016. I received confirmation and till today i have not received whether material has been dispatched or not. Customer care no is engaged and they don't even revert on mail with proper response. They share doc id courier name : fedex, tracking number:[protected] where the status is that it is labeled but no latest update. I asked them to cancel the order but no update.
