Regarding Shipment ID #[protected], Order #[protected]
which was failed and returned back to you, I did not receive the amount back into my account.
Can you please check and update on it

I have mailed several time to the craftsvilla customer care email but it's been a month and i did not receive my money back.
there is also a ticket for it with them Ticket Number –[protected] but no action on it.
