I order saree from Craftsvilla.com. But I never received it. I tried to call their customer care but the phone number never works. I sent mail to their customer care and got reply you will get it in next 2 days. But even its not delivered and then mail train starts running and in every mail they told me, you will get your order in next 2-3 days. I asked many times about the return but I never got the positive reply and not the money too. So please don't by anything from the craftsvilla. This is just a fake site and will never take care of your quires once you paid the money.
