I have been sent with wrong product.
I intimated the respective customer care regarding this goo[censored]p and they requested me to arrange a return. I returned within the prescribed timeline and also requested them to give me my "courier charges" back since the fault was from vendor/e-commerce website.
Initially they agreed on this but now they are forcing me to accept the voucher ( which has less value than courier charges), which according to them is as per their "return policy"!
But the point is I have returned the product since it was not the one which I ordered, so I am not sure why they are bringing "return policy" in picture!
I feel cheated! It is total disappointment since they not only sent wrong product and asked me to return it but also cheating in terms of return policy.
