Hi, I had placed an order on 19th july for 4 items and have received all 4 items. The order nos are as follows : 1) order id :[protected] 2) order id :[protected] 3) order id :[protected] 4) order id :[protected] But while doing the transaction there was an internet connection disconnection after making the payment in the bank site while it was being redirected back to merchant site (Ie your site craftsvilla.Com). Due to that my credit card was debited twice. After that i had called your call centre and i was informed that amount has been received by you ie craftsvilla only once and accordingly i need to get in touch with my bank as the amount has not been received by you. While my bank takes about 8-10 days for the refund to happen i received 2nd piece of one of the items yesterday. Hence i checked your site today and discovered that shockingly it showed that i had placed an order for the same items again on 24th july which i never did. I infer that this might have happened due to the aborted payment which happened earlier as i mentioned above. The order nos that are showing in the my cart is as follows : 1) order id :[protected] 2) order id :[protected] 3) order id :[protected] 4) order id :[protected] What i need from you is to cancel further deliveries of this set of orders and refund me the amount for these orders asap.
