To Indian Consumer Complaints Forum Respected Sir, I had ordered a dress from craftsvilla.com with Transaction id #[protected]placed on October 5, 2015 8:22:20 PM IST) It was scheduled to deliver within 10 working days but iit has been more than that but not delivered yet... And the most disappointing thing the same product is available on much more cheaper price, I had ordered in Rs. 1499 but same product is available on Rs. 910 I called craftsvilla so many time but it is saying all over representative are busy and after some time they automatically reject the call...
