We received a courier today from FED EX which was amounted to Rs.2238 & the bill was drawn for two lehengas, But there was only one piece in it. We have now paid for the bill amount & received only one piece. Craftsvilla.com is a fraud website. Very bad experience. Their services is very very poor. No one is there in customer service who can answer the call and sole our queries.
