CraftsVilla.com — not taking any action to my complaint | |||||
Few days ago i compained the following complaint still no action taken except that i got the consolation mail. This is the previous complaint: "i am shahnaz from aligarh, i ordered a dress from instagram blog named"stylish_drapes". I contacted them through whatapp no ([protected]) and the day i received that dress the next second i contacted them to return it, but they are not responding to my messages and call. Now they have blocked me. Somehow i got the number of prem ([protected]) who is working in aligarh in courier company gave me pushpendra's no ([protected]) that he is dealing with customer complains, so might help me in this matter. He helped me only in giving me head office no ([protected]). I called them and with the tracking no he told me thats dress is from craftsvilla. So further i talked to craftsvilla customer care and that lady told me that they want a proof and want a picture of bill, the email [protected]@craftsvilla.com she told me to contact to this email address. I talked to so many people and all are giving me the next persons no and my problem is still unsolved. Now its 7th day from deliverey and i want to return that dress. It is of poor quality and dress not exactly the same whatthey said to me. Its waste for me, i can neither keep it to give away to anyone. I am a student and i bought that of 1800 rs which is not less for me. Please help me in this matter and want that blog should be blocked as they are fake and cheating customers and after that ther are not responding." Now i have talked again to the courier department they said company have to mail them then only he can send his delivery boy to pick up the item. Today the stylish drapes (Whataap no [protected]) texted me that i have to courier to the company back with my own expenses. Before ordering i have asked them about their return and exchange policy then he did not mentioned any such condition. If i would have known this thing before i would not ordered from them. Its companys fault if they are cheating with their customers. If i have to return the dress by courier then they should provide me shipping charges else mail the courier company to pick it up. And after dealer behaviour i am afraid if i will get replaced material of good material or my money back. Its so many days since matter is going on. I want to return it if they cannot send their delivery boy. Else i will complaint against the dealer as he misbehaved with the customer and has blocked me before and not returning or exchanging or giving my money back.
