[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — Order is not placed and payment deducted from bank, making delay in canceling the order. | |
I have placed an order on 07th September 2016 on craftsvilla with debit card and payment gets deducted at that moment but order not showing in "My Orders". The next day I have written the email regarding that and I got reply saying "your order is booked.When it gets accepted by seller you will receive your order within 7-10 business days." So I again called the Customer care service and requested to cancel the order as it says long time in delivery, and they said Okay and initiated the request and said with in 7 working days I'll get refund. I kept mail chain going for the status of my order but no reply after two days. Again called the customer care to know the status and he is saying your order is in on hold status again I have told him to cancel the order and do reply the mail and he told me, it will take 7 working days for refund. Again there is no reply to my e-mail. Was this information helpful? | |
