I ordered for sari and the order number was[protected] when tried to make payment it did not not responded properly hence again the very next moment on 17/10/2015 ordered again for sari for which an amount of rs.2050/ has been deducted from my sb account So far there is no response from the craftsvilla and tried to contact their customer care number but the receiver of the phone says that the number is not tht of craftsvilla consumer care I, have decided approach consumer court if not responded positively
