CraftsVilla.com — Ordered material not received yet,though the order was placed on 19/06/2015

I booked a sari online in craftsvill.com fashion fabrics on 19/06/2015. The cost of sari was Rs/ 1499 and the payment was done through HDFC Master credit card. Since then, there is no communication from u regarding shipment of good and i have not received the material also. Pl. reply urgently on cell phone, e mail address or residential address given below.
