This regarding the above captioned. I have been following up for my refund against return of a product, which was returned due to poor quality. This product was returned beyond the 3 days timeline as mentioned in the return policy, as I was travelling during the time of delivery of the product and the delivery was given in the mail room of my office. I immediately on return after viewing the product raised the dispute and when there was no response for about a week wrote an email on May 5 which after a couple of email exchanges with the craftsvilla team they asked me to return the product at the following address: Product details:Antique Jhumkas; SKU: MBELI[protected]; Anusha Vallabhaneni, Belissi Trendz, D.no. 21-218/4, Behind Shivalayam Temple, Kakani Nagar, NAD Post, VIzag- 530009. I had dispatched the product on 12th May which was confirmed to have been received by the owner basis my discussion with the seller. However, I was informed on 21st May that the seller has refused to accept the product and refund my money due to delay in raising the dispute and I shall have to keep the product. It is beyond my understanding that why was this not informed when I was asked to return the product. The seller initially spoke to me while I discussed the matter regarding return of the product. Nothing was conveyed then. After returning the product neither do I get my balance nor do I have the product. on top of that Iam being forced to pick up something from the seller despite the fact that I did not like the quality of products being offered for sale. How can one ensure that the next product would not be having similar issues. After this unprofessional attitude I refuse to order anything from the seller. I request my refund to be processed at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
