It's almost 3 months we received an email from craftsvilla that our refund has been processed but nothing has been received in the bank account and the ladies at phone customer care are not at all helpful. This is extremely frustrating. The subject of the email is Subject: Ticket Received - [#1140269] Return pink panther extra ordinary net pink and white designer lehenga choli

I requested for refund on 17 October till date I have not recieved any refund more than 20 times have I called on customer care.
