I had ordered for three gowns under orderno.[protected],[protected],[protected]. Since the quality of the cloth was not according to the specifications. Therefore i wanted to return it and after great effort the representative arranged for a pickup. However, i haven't got any confirmation about when i will get my refund for rs. 3506 (For three gowns) inspite of providing my bank details etc. On the mail address of craftsvilla. Gowns).
