I had ordered 3 items on Nov 2nd. I got the delivery of only 2 products. I have been trying to reach out to Craftsvilla to get the refund of the item that has not been shipped. (I tracked using the tracking id sent for the product. I see the vendor has only created a shipment label). It has been 10 days and I have no resolution on this. I have been trying to reach them over phone, and nobody answers. Over mail, they sparsely reply, and mention product has been dispatched, you should be getting it soon.
