[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — regarding return of product | |||
Craftsvilla is refusing to return the product no.[protected] recieved on 28 jan 2019. I received my order on 28jan 2019. But its not fit for me so i want to return said product but when i access to craftsvilla website it said u have entered wrong email id how it ia possible that when i order it is right n when i want to return it say wrong mail id and when contact custmer care of craftsvilla they are very rudely say that u have no right to return the product once u ordered. The policy does not allow us to take return request if your login details are not correct & there is no facility to modify any login and contact details once the order is placed. I ordered a off white traditional saree, and received totally different a black and grey saree, and when I want to return the product, nobody came to collect the wrong product and refused that I (the customer)did not apply for the product return, please let me know what will I do know??
