i have experience the same issue with them...lot of hassle in returning there product...called so many times...mailed so many times...then send them there product...by urself...they will not going to pick up your product and you have to shell out your money for even courier and what will they do ...will give u 100 rs coupon for which u even spend thousand of money to cash that coupon..as u wont b able to purchase anything from that 100rs...worth and without paying the shipment amount...so stupid of them !!!
...and wait...wait...wait...wait...till u get ur refund...even i[censored] prepaid them..still following up for my refund...i purchased the product on 11 sep...and till 18th oct. no refund...worst online shopping experience...never ever recommend ...
